Samsung Note III may sports a 5.9 inch screen Full HD display with Exynos CPU A15 to be clocked at 2.0Ghz and A7 at 1.2Ghz coupled with 3GB of RAM. The Note III may run on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. May have 32GB of internal storage. To be code named GT-I9500
