Google has told apps developers that they cannot serve ads to its Google Glass users, or even sell user related data for advertising on "Google Glass"
Glass will self destruct if listed or sold on eBay.
Google stated: "You may not commercially resell any device, but you may give the device as a gift. Recipients of gifts may need to open and maintain a Google Wallet account in order to receive support from Google. These terms will also apply to any gift recipient."
But its already on eBay
The auction has hit $90,100 with just 28 bids.
