ZTE one running on Firefox OS now in Indian market at Rs.6,990

Firefox OS smartphones  launched in India, at just 6,990₹ which is equal to $115 USD.

ZTE Open to be launched tomorrow running Firefox OS and would costs just $90

Third Firefox OS smartphones to be launched in Spain tomorrow, at just €69 which is equal to $90 USD. Customer will get €30 worth of prepaid credit to their account when they purchase ZTE Open.

Lava to launch a smartphone running Firefox OS

Hari Om Rai co-founder of LAVA said that, company is working on a Firefox OS running device which would cost around Rs.3,000 

Lava recently launched Iris 504Q for Rs.13,499 with gesture controls, which is running on Android 

Lava Iris 504Q features a  5-inch IPS  HD display, powered by Quad Core CPU clocked at 1.2GHz coupled with 1GB of RAM. To run on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and has 4GB of internal storage which can be expandable upto 32GB via microSD card. The smartphone has 8MP rear AF camera with LED flash which is capable of recording video in HD and has a 2MP front camera for video calling. Lava Iris 504Q weighs 140 grams with 2,000mAh battery and comes with connectivity options like WiFi, 3G and GPS.
